ABOUT SANDRA'S APPROACH
With over 30 years of progressive experience Sandra brings solid background to Coaching. She has proven track record in direct service, supervision, management and executive roles.
As an Integral Coach® foundations certification, Sandra works with senior managers, professionals, union representatives, executives, supervisors, managers and employees interested in expanding their potential, improving their effectiveness and enhancing their performance in professional and individual realms around topics that are important to them.
Sandra also works with individual clients who are exploring possibilities in an area of their life that is important and has meaning to them. Sandra looks at current patterns and from there builds awareness of new possibilities that will transform experience. Real, impactful changes are put into action.
Her supportive, encouraging and compassionate approach is anchored in the Integral Coaching® methodology and in her extensive years of counselling and consulting experience. Sandra is able to address derailing behaviours with acceptance and can gently challenge those who come to her. Challenging with care is necessary to help clients move in a new direction. This will be a direction that they choose and are ready for. In workplaces, with professionals and individuals, Sandra’s Coaching programs are tailored to the topic that is of greatest importance and deepest meaning to those that approach her. Coaching is not therapy, rather it hones in on areas of the clients topic that may have been beyond their awareness. Shining a light on these areas and moving them out of the shadows allows people to make lasting progress. A permanent transformation is often experienced after three to four months. By identifying and then loosening the grip on past ways and introducing new ways simultaneously, a powerful transformation begins.

- A focus on developing competencies to enable new results.
- A customized coaching program tailored to meet the client where they are, with cycles of development that progressively enable them to make meaningful progress on their topic.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- A finite timeframe beginning and completing over several weeks
- Regular Meetings with your coach (1 - 1.5 hour meetings every 2 - 3 weeks)
- Actively engaging in exercises / practices between the meetings that are specifically tailored for you.
- Being willing to look at things differently and to do things that may be outside the norm for you. This is the part where you stretch yourself.
- Working with a coach in a way that is flexible and dynamic, while adhering to the ethical coaching principles.
- Confidentiality is taken very seriously. No specific coaching information will be shared with anyone but you (the client). Records are respected and therefore maintained and destroyed in compliance with privacy laws. A client’s right to terminate the coaching relationship is respected and we are attuned to indications that a client may not benefiting from the coaching experience. The fit between coach and client is important and a referral will be made in the event that there is not a good fit. This is rare but can happen from time to time.
- A request for a commitment to meet regularly with the coach and to engage in the practices discussed in between meetings. It is also important to come with an open heart and mind. You can expand and transform, moving closer to where you want to be in relation to your topic.
