Sandra Forbes, M.Sc., RSW, RMFT, Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor, is the Principal Provider and Director of Relationship Solutions. Sandra has been working with people and organizations to improve the quality of personal, family and work lives for over thirty three years. Working as a Social Worker (RSW), a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Counsellor, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist, Coach (Integral Coaching Canada, Foundations) and a trainer allows for a unique, highly effective and flexible approach. Sandra has a depth of experience and training in modalities which include emotionally focussed, attachment based, psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive behavioural approaches.
Laura Randolph is a Registered Social worker with experience in clinical and community settings in mental health and addictions since 2011. She offers a confidential, compassionate, and personalized approach to care. Her theoretical grounding is based in attachment, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and cognitive behavioural therapies. Laura has expertise working with adult survivors of childhood trauma and individuals experiencing addiction and substance use issues.
Nihal El Masri is a counselling intern, who is completing the Master of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. She will become a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Registered Psychotherapist. Nihal is available to work with individuals on a sliding scale. Nihal has experience helping with depression, anxiety and acculturation. She primarily uses narrative therapy and cognitive behavioural approaches as present, but is developing skills in other areas as well. She practices in English and Arabic.

Individual counselling, couple counselling and family therapy For couples we encourage a close look at the recurring patterns that are causing pain, stress, arguments and/or conflicts. We will work with you to create meaningful change and to rediscover the closeness you desire. For others we offer resolution to questions about whether your relationship will work. If separation is the path taken we can support and guide you and your children through separation and divorce. We offer family therapy including help for children and approaches to deal with challenging parenting issues. Service is offered with care and sensitivity at Relationship Solutions. We will offer strategies for children who are struggling and will help you address the nagging questions about whether you are doing the best you possibly can as parents.
